We truly want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 10 days (in the same condition, of course) for a full refund, credit, or exchange. We cannot assume responsibility for damage caused by incorrect packaging on the return so please use insured mail and pack securely.

Cannot Find What you Wanted?

Please don't hesitate to drop us a line or call if you would like more information on anything listed on this Site. If a tooth is listed as "SOLD OUT" we probably have something similar in stock that can be offered to you. Also, if there is any particular shark tooth (or general vertebrate fossil) that you are looking for please let us know. We carry a very large fossil inventory but concentrate mainly on the megalodons, Great White, Makos, and other species of shark teeth. If we don't have something you're looking for, we can probably get it for you or put you in contact with someone who has what you want.

To Order

Ordering may be done by several methods : mail, phone, email, or via our website. We have included item numbers to make it easy to specify which fossil you want - if an item does not have an item number they can be ordered by name/species/etc.. Please include your name, address, and phone number with all orders so we can get in touch with you in case there are any questions. We generally ship orders the next business day unless we are away diving or at a show. We will always contact you through email provided if there will be any delays.

Shipping

All orders in the US ship by either Ground Advantage or Priority Mail and international orders ship by either First Class International or Priority Mail International. Express shipping is also available for an added cost but please call/email first to place this order. We generally ship no later than the next business day and do everything possible to get your item to you EXACTLY WHEN YOU NEED IT!.

International Orders

We have shipped orders to more than 60 different countries and almost never encounter any problems. Fossil shark teeth are legal to import by every country that we've encountered so far and go through customs with very little hassle. Any import duties imposed by your country's customs (based on the value of the package) is not our responsibility. PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST THAT WE LOWER THE DECLARED VALUE ON THE CUSTOMS FORM. We legally cannot write an incorrect value or change the item description, etc.. Our laws in the US are clear and we must make customs declarations accurate.

Authenticity Guarantee/COA Info

All teeth we sell are 100% authentic with no repair or restoration (unless specifically noted in the descriptions). We DO NOT SELL replica or reproduction teeth, only 100% authentic fossils with provenance given to the buyer. We do not issue any kind of Certificate of Authenticity (COA) as those are merely marketing gimmicks and only worth the paper they're written on. We stand behind the authenticity of every tooth we sell forever and have nearly three decades experience as one of the top sellers/authenticators/appraisers in the fossil world to back us up.
