Refund and Exchange Policies:
We truly want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 10 days (in the same condition, of course) for a full refund, credit, or exchange. We cannot assume responsibility for damage caused by incorrect packaging on the return so please use insured mail and pack securely.
Cannot Find What you Wanted?
Please don’t hesitate to drop us a line or call if you would like more information on anything listed on this Site. If a tooth is listed as "ON HOLD" or "SOLD" we probably have something similar in stock that can be offered to you. Also, if there is any particular shark tooth (or general vertebrate fossil) that you are looking for please let us know. We carry a very large fossil inventory but concentrate mainly on the megalodons, Great White, Makos, and other species of shark teeth. If we don't have something you’re looking for, we can probably get it for you or put you in contact with someone who has what you want.

Ordering may be done by several methods : mail, phone, email, or via our secure online order form. We have included item numbers to make it easy to specify which fossil you want - if an item does not have an item number they can be ordered by name/species/etc.. Please include your name, address, and phone number with all orders so we can get in touch with you in case there are any questions. To order securely online using your credit card remember to visit our secure order form.
Shipping
Rate will be determined based on order. We don't overcharge on shipping or charge a "handling" fee so you always pay approximately what it costs to ship to you based on estimated weight/distance. Free shipping on orders of over $250 (sorry, domestic retail orders only). Immediate shipping (order today and it will probably be in the mail tomorrow) upon receipt of payment by U.S. Priority Mail (click here to get an approximate rate in the USA - shipping from zip 82414) or by Global Priority Mail, AirMail, or Express Mail for international orders (click here to get approximate international rates). Other shipping services may be available on request. We also use FedEx to ship orders that are needed overnight. We will do everything possible to get the tooth to you EXACTLY WHEN YOU NEED IT!.
International Orders
We have shipped orders to more than 60 different countries and almost never encounter any problems. Fossil shark teeth are legal to import by every country that we've encountered so far and go through customs with very little hassle. There MAY be a small import duty imposed by customs (based on the value of the package) but this varies greatly by country and is independent of us - WE don't charge you any extra tax for shipping!! All individual megalodon tooth purchases (CM...) include an attractive glass display riker mount.
